‘Strada’ is a display typeface, originally drawn by Walter F. Haettenschweiler in 1967 and first published in Lettera 3. As part of a collaboration between Visual Communication ZHdK and Museum für Gestaltung Zürich, the existing alphabet was digitised and extended to a basic Latin character set. All fonts can be viewed on eFont.ch and were displayed as part of the exhibition ‘Haettenschweiler von A bis Z’. In addition, a poster was designed to showcase the typeface at another exhibition in the city of Zug in March 2023.
